We all know how to use very small paintings, tucking them into shelves and sliding them into salon walls, and large paintings are the statement pieces we use to define our spaces. But what about those in-between sized walls, or the smaller pieces of furniture you’d like to highlight with a painting? Or maybe you want a feature painting for a grouping? There are always spots where a large painting wouldn’t fit, and a small painting would be lost visually.
Introducing “The Perfect Medium”
This wonderful show is the brainchild of the curators at Art Interiors in Toronto. Running until June 18th, the show features all original, all Canadian medium-sized pieces.
Unearthing, 2023, 20x20", Acrylic and Mixed Media on Cradled Panel
I have five paintings available in the show. They’re ‘perfect’ for those medium-sized spaces, and you can pick them up at a special price, just for the duration of the exhibition. View the show online, or if you're in Toronto, go see it in person at Art Interiors.
