I want you to be happy with your new art. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact me in advance at email@example.com .
I have taken every care to show the artwork size and color as accurately as possible. However, please allow for slight, inevitable variation between browsers, devices and screen settings.
When will my art ship?
I do my best to get orders out within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email when your order ships. However, if you need a rush art fix, please let me know and I will make every effort to put some beautiful in your hands ASAP.
When will I receive my art in the U.S.A.?
Depending on parcel size, your art is shipped Canada Post/USPS Tracked Packet, or Fedex. From the time it is shipped it should take 6-8 business days.
When will I receive my art in Canada?
Depending on parcel size, your art is shipped Canada Post with tracking, or Fedex. From the time it is shipped it should arrive in 3-5 business days.
When will I receive my International Order?
Depending on parcel size, your art is shipped Canada Post with tracking, or Fedex. International items should take 7-15 business days.
What about Duties & Customs?
PLEASE NOTE: I do not pay any duties, custom fees, or any other associated fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. For customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing please check with your local post office or on the web. Every country varies. I am not responsible for any delays that may happen at customs.
What is the Return Policy?
I want you to be absolutely happy with your art. If you aren't completely delighted with your art, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days to request a refund.
Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days. Original Shipping fees are not refundable. Please note: I am unable to offer a refund or return on any art or products sent outside North America.
My Art Arrived Damaged. What should I do?
All paintings are carefully packed to withstand transit, however mishaps can occur. Please notify me within 3 days with photographs if art was damaged in transit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as payment via PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
How secure is this store?
This store uses Shopify payments via Stripe and PayPal for payments. Your confidential information is encrypted in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Is artwork available framed?
Unfortunately, no. The added cost of shipping, packaging for safe shipment, and insurance mean that it would cost you more to have the artwork framed by us and shipped to you than to work with your local framer or frame the print yourself.
All prints are created and shipped by the galleries that represent them. Please see their terms and conditions of sale.
Please note that all non-artwork goods such as headbands and notebooks are created at the time of sale, and shipped directly from the manufacturer. They are non-returnable and non-refundable.
