When will my art ship?

I do my best to package and ship paintings within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email when your order ships. 

How will my art be packaged?

Most paintings are carefully packaged in a custom made box which protects the surface of the painting. This box is then encased in cushioning and a larger outer shipping box. 

For Canadian and US shipments, paintings larger than 48" in any dimension will be removed from their stretcher and shipped rolled. For International shipment, paintings larger than 36" in any dimension will be removed from their stretcher and shipped rolledThey must be re-stretched on arrival. 

When will I receive my art in the U.S.A.?

Most paintings are shipped Canada Post/USPS Expedited Parcel. Some large paintings may ship with FedEx. From the time it is shipped your package will take 6-8 business days. Please allow extra time until the Covid-19 crisis has passed.

When will I receive my art in Canada?

Paintings are shipped Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Some large paintings may ship with FedEx. From the time your painting is shipped it will arrive in 3-5 business days. Please allow extra time until the Covid-19 crisis has passed.

When will I receive my International Order?

Items are shipped Canada Post XPresspost International. Some large paintings may ship with FedEx. From the time your painting is shipped it will arrive in 8-15 business days.

What about Duties & Customs?

PLEASE NOTE: I do not pay any duties, custom fees, or any other associated fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. For customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing please check with your local post office or on the web. Every country varies. I am not responsible for any delays that may happen at customs.

What is the return policy?

Canada and the US purchases can be returned within 15 days for a refund. Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th can be returned anytime until January 15th of the following year. Please email hello@janettaylor.art to arrange a return. Shipping fees are not refundable.

International purchases shipping to an address outside Canada or the US are final sale.

My Art Arrived Damaged. What should I do?

Please notify me immediately if art was damaged in transit so I can arrange to have it returned to me. If we mutually deem it possible I will repair it. If the painting is beyond repair, I will refund your purchase. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as payment via PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses Shopify payments via Stripe and PayPal for payments.  Your confidential information is encrypted in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).  

Is artwork available framed?

Unfortunately, no. The added cost of shipping, packaging for safe shipment, and insurance mean that it would cost you more to have the artwork framed by us and shipped to you than to work with your local framer or frame the painting yourself.
